About this package

NAT type checker, its RFC 5780 responder, WireGuard punching wgpunch-natcheck reports a host's NAT and firewall behaviour (RFC 4787 mapping and filtering, port preservation and allocation, hairpinning, mapping lifetime, IPv6 translation and inbound filtering), alone with public STUN servers or paired with wgpunch-lh. . wgpunch-lh is the lighthouse: the signaling registry and Prometheus metrics of the wgpunch mesh, and the RFC 5780 responder that answers wgpunch-natcheck from an alternate address and port and stores its reports. . wgpunchd fills in the endpoints of kernel WireGuard peers from candidates learned through the lighthouse or over ICMPv6 echo. . Neither service is enabled on install.
